I wanted to take a moment to write you about the excellent service Jake Mossman gave me with assisting me in buying my house. I want to give you a little background on myself so you realize the gratitude I have for your company and the service it provides.

 

I have lived in Florida the last 19 years and have been in the mortgage industry from retail to wholesale for the last 12 years. Florida is a very competitive state when it comes to real estate and I have worked with a lot of agents in my past.

 

So with that being said, I would like you to know that Jake went above and beyond in customer service. During the process of buying my home the inspection report stated the roof needed to be patched and fixed. The sellers had a company come out and fix it. We had a invoice stating that everything was complete. However, Jake went back on the roof himself to make sure it was done. ( I don't know any Realtor who would have done that) As it turned out, the roof was not fixed properly and he made sure the company came back out again. After we closed Jake came back out and got back on the roof to ensure everything was in order. I cannot tell you how much that meant to me because roof issues can become costly and very damaging. Jake made sure everything was taken care of down to my last need. Besides the roof issue Jake was on top of every phone call and document that needed to be taken care of.

 

I know Jake is a great asset to your company and I plan on referring any business I can to your company.
