Professional Experience:  I have been a top ten producer at EXIT Realty Horizons since 2005, specializing in residential, multi-family and commercial real-estate.  I have developed unique methods of marketing homes and working with buyers, designed to maximize savings on both sides.  I currently serve on the LCAR Forms Committee, working to improve the quality of our state’s standard contracts.

General Education:  In 1997 I graduated from UNM in Albuquerque with a BFA in Classical Guitar Performance. After that I spent 7 months in Spain studying Flamenco guitar and taught and performed in Los Angeles until the summer of 2005.  Before moving to Las Cruces to study and practice Real Estate, I also studied Spanish and German as well as Teaching English as a Second language. 

Outside Interests:  When I was a kid, I was constantly helping my father work on his rental properties. He's always had a knack for transforming the most challenging properties into cute and livable homes. His interest in quality restoration led him to become president of the Citizen's Committee for Historic Preservation in Las Vegas, NM.  I have purchased and remodeled several properties in Las Cruces and look forward to doing more.

Personal Information:  I was born and raised in Northern New Mexico. My wife, Salome, is from Basel, Switzerland.  After and extensive road trip through many states, cities and towns we choose to settle in Las Cruces.   Of all places, we found that Las Cruces would be the right place to raise a family and invest in Real Estate.
